華為視頻會(huì)議標(biāo)清終端和高清終端看不到遙控器操作界面，及判斷終端視頻輸出是否正常的處理方法：
-遙控器操作界面在長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不操作的情況下會(huì)自動(dòng)消失，此時(shí)只需要長(zhǎng)按遙控器上的菜單按鍵（標(biāo)清終端是"紅色小房子"按鍵，高清終端舊版遙控器是"白色小房子"按鍵，高清終端新版遙控器是按鍵）不松手，直到遙控器操作界面出現(xiàn)即可。
該方法也可以判斷視頻的輸出是否正常，能看到遙控器操作界面說(shuō)明輸出正常，否則說(shuō)明輸出不正常。
-您也可以查看終端的視頻輸出連線情況，確認(rèn)終端使用的視頻輸出接口絲印名稱，登錄終端Web界面，選擇"系統(tǒng)配置 > 輸入輸出 > 視頻輸出 > 公共設(shè)置"，設(shè)置"圖形用戶界面"為對(duì)應(yīng)的視頻輸出接口。
If the remote control UI is not displayed on the SD or HD video terminal, perform the following operations to check whether the video output is normal:
- The remote control UI disappears if you do not perform any operation for a long time. In this case, you only need to press and hold the menu key on the remote control. (For an SD video terminal, the menu key is the red key. For an HD video terminal, the menu key is the white key. For an HD video terminal, the menu key is the new key.) Wait until the remote controlled UI is displayed.
This method can also be used to check whether the video output is normal. If the remote controlled UI is displayed, the video output is normal. Otherwise, the video output is abnormal.
- You can also check the video output cable connection of the endpoint. Specifically, log in to the endpoint web interface, choose System Settings > Input/Output > Video Output > Common Settings, and set GUI to the corresponding video output port.
